Patient Advisory Board Members Wanted!

We are looking for a few patients to join the FHSM Patient Advisory Board. The board is composed of patients from each of our clinics, and meets on a Saturday morning, four times per year. 

In the past we have discussed topics such as patient satisfaction and how to improve quality of care, and we look forward to adding new topics in the coming year. At FHSM we really value our patients’ ideas and suggestions, and would love to have you join us!
 
We are looking for patients to commit to a 1 or 2 year term.
