Family HealthServices Minnesota, P.A. has established affiliations with many sub-specialists in the area. Your physician will recommend a referral to a particular specialty based on your health care needs. Our Patient Care Coordinators will be happy to assist you in scheduling any appointments needed outside of our clinic.
Please contact your primary physician before seeking care with a sub-specialist. We will be able to assist you in notifying your health insurance company to allow for the highest level of coverage.
