The small town I was raised in had one family doctor taking care of everyone, so I grew up knowing what family medicine was all about. My main focus is on wellness, and I try to gently guide patients toward healthy lifestyle choices and support their efforts, small or large. I am concerned about the whole patient; their physical, mental and emotional status, and place a great value on making a difference in someone's life.
