What is MyFHSM?
MyFHSM will be a secure online portal for FHSM patients to access an online version of their medical record chart. Patients will be able to view demographic data, immunizations, allergies, medications, past labs, billing information and much more.

MyFHSM is currently not available at this time, expected release will be Winter 2010.
