What is Patient Portal?
Patient Portal  will be a secure online tool for FHSM patients to access an online version of their medical record chart. Patients will be able to view demographic data, immunizations, allergies, medications, past labs, billing information and much more.

Patient Portal is expected to be available in Spring 2012.
