Occupational Health & Worker's Compensation
FHSM physicians are qualified to assess and treat patients with occupational health injuries or conditions. Trained, experienced staff members will provide the following services:
- Injury evaluation and treatment
- Follow-up care
- On-site x-ray testing
- On-site laboratory testing
- Completion of paperwork; including Workablity forms, Maximum Medical Improvement forms, etc.
- Submission of claims
- Referrals to specialists for complicated injuries, as needed
